Nedbank's Pavilion branch horrible attitude

I went to the Pavallion branch to collect my professional banking card. Firstly there was no one at the doorstep. I has to collect the ticket on my own. Then had to wait over 15 min with no sight of help I stood up and approached a lady who looked pregnant in a black dress, explained to her that I'm a private banking client and need help with collecting my card as I was running out of lunch time. Which she gave me an attitude and said "you will have to sit and wait we don't have private banking in this branch"

I kept quiet and sat down, until 12:35 I stood up again and asked her how long is this gonna take cause 25min is a long time now. She gave me an attitude and said "well there's only 3 people serving customers there's nothing we can do." I reminded her of the average waiting time indicated on Nedbank's screens which she then changed her story and said 1 person was busy with stokvel person and the other were busy. I told her its bee 35 min waiting and she dismissed me.

I was ticket number C009 whi arrived at 12:15 until 12:40 without receiving assistance.

I'm so annoyed as this is the only time I can go to the bank during 45 min lunch time only to receive such pathetic service from Nedban****
