NEDBANK'S PATHETIC SET UP REGARDING SERVICE AND ADVICE

I was told at Nedbank Upington that I need to open a bank card account linked to my home loans account, otherwise I will not be able to transact onmy home loans account. I had to go back 3 times to the bank in an attempt to, first, get the account up and running. Second, to try and make a transfer to an FNB account. I was told to raise the limit which I did. I could still not do the transfer. A message was displayed stating that I need to verify my account. After I have been to the local branch on Saturday 4 March 2023 I called the *** on Sunday 5 March 2023 and I was told by the assistant that everything is fine. She supp**** me a so called Business Banker called Rudi's number. On Monday 6 March 2023 I phone this guy 3 times, leaving a message after the third time. To no avail. Nobody answered the phone or phoned back. I phone above-mentioned number 0800..... again and after 20+ minutes I was told that the problem is that there are no activity on the account, although I made a payment of R1000 twice. I, apparently, need to request a statement and/or swipe the card to be able to make any payments to beneficiaries. I swiped the card this afternoon (6 March 2023), but I still could not make a payment. I phoned the 0800 number again. Then I suddenly could not log into my app. Approve-it messages was supposed to be send to re-activate the account. It did not help. The lady, Nicole, phoned back and told me that she will put me through to the technical apartment. The guy at the department could not help either and told me that he will phone back. I am still waiting. This is not the first problems with Nedbank. There is no email address available for complaint. The local branch's landline number is not available on the internet. To where do one go? The service at the local branch is appalling to say the least. I am frustrated and was very rude on the phone. Can a company's system be SO pathetic. I do also know that it is not the staff working at the call centre's fault. What do I have to do? How can I set the problem right?
