Nedbank's pathetic service

Nedbank consultants are absolutely ***********. I phoned about my credit card and on both occasions i had to do manual calculations to determine my own balance! As for their systems its all *******. I app**** for a credit card facility and set it u in a way that my entire credit is paid up at the end of each month and that was NOT the case because this month, i got debited for double of what i owed which put my account in overdrawn state! I am so ****ed off with them because a huge portion of my salary is gone and this was on the 2nd of November!!
