Nedbanks pathetic Service

Card was ****** on 18 January and after 3 1/2 weeks Nedbank still unable to issue a debit card at our local branch Gansbaai, Unable to do internet banking and pay bills Pathetic is a mild word, Phoned customer care, phoned Herm**** branch to no avail
