Nedbanks Pathetic Service

After 2 months of logging a subsequent claim damage and constant followups. Nedbank has still not given me feedback on the status of this claim, Nedbank's service is pathetic especial when you think about it, you are paying for the policy. If they are unable to provide service when homeowners claim then they should give us the option of looking for another service provider.
