Nedbank's pathetic and shocking service!!

Nedbank is probably the worst bank in South Africa. I have had endless problems because of their poor systems and lack of care towards their customers.

It has been Three (3) and a half months since my accounts were blocked due to apparent lack of document submission with regards to Fica. This was after I submitted all the documents at my branch in Bedfordview. I have been on the phone countless times, which costs me money, to try resolve the problem but still nothing.

I am disappointed that no one from the top, management etc, has made any effort to contact me and assure me that the issue will be resolved.

Nedbank's slogan is make things happen, well it's a lie as they do not make things happen. I have complained several times, received numerous reference number, the mater has been escalated to infinity and nothing has been resolved!

I will move all my accounts to another bank and inform all my friends, customers, business associates and my networks not to even consider Nedbank as their service provider. Their service is simply shocking and pathetic.
