Nedbanks message

I app**** for a credit card with nedbank and did the entire process online. After a few days they sent me a message to say it was provisionally approved and I must send the following documentation which is my ID three months bank statement and three months pay slip. I emailed all the original documentation through only for nedbank to send me a message saying that I have forwarded unaunthetic information. I need clarity on this because this is creating a bad reputation about myself and I am not going to take it lightly. They need to prove to me what was unauthentic. I am really furious
