Nedbank's loan that never was

I app**** for a personal loan last week, and the process done telephonically, approved and my voice used for sign off. Debit order was activated with my bank, and I was told the money would be in my account in 24hrs. A week later I'm still waiting for the money, and the consultant since promised he'll try and find out what the problem is. I'm still waiting. Sent a mail to their complaints department, still waiting. Made financial commitments and now I'm stranded and confused.
