Nedbank's lack of service!

This is now the 4th time that I am lodging a complaint against the Deceased Department and nobody responds or nothing gets done about it! Can you please URGENTLY attend to this Case *** - account *** which was sent by Anisha Singh and Lungile Kunene was copied in on the 5TH OF APRIL 2023 it is now the 17th of April 2023, and still no response from anybody. The executor from Standard Bank then again to follow up with an email, and still no response!!!! Nedbank please follow up on the closing and paying over of the monies for this estate! This estate has been dragging on for almost three and a half years and my sister is almost 80!!!
