Nedbanks incompetence

I'd like to take Nedbank Queensburgh to the papers for their *********** staff, their lack of digital security, I opened a bank account with them, 3 days after account was activated, I received money, that same night I was *****ulently ****med of R2700 , I contact them and they are so so rude and derogatory towards me and my situation, as it may not seem big, but I have a wife that is not well and a 13 month old son, and that money was our grocery money, and it has been 3 weeks , and they keep saying it will take another 9 weeks, every time I call them. They are rude and disrespectful
