Nedbank’s inadequacies

Just want to ask Nedbank who I have been with for many many years why they should be so *********** if sorting out a small issue on the 1 March I made a incorrect payment into my wife account who has been dead for 8 years. Up to today and that includes there own bankers trying to help me , I have still not got this sirted out. Surely after my wife deceased 8 years ago all accounts were closed , sohoscr Nedbank can accept that transaction??? Not much to say about Nedbank’s business as they advertise on tv
