Nedbank's hopeless personal loans division

Second of an approved personal loan, but the money still not deposited. I got to their branch in Cresta, they tell me if the phone was done telephonically they can't help me, I must call the Call centre The call centre tells me the agent Arnold McNab should've sent more forms for to sign, they can't get hold of him, and they can't assign my case to anyone else. So this Arnold dude is holding me hostage, and there's nothing Nedbank can do about it. And yes, this is the 21st century, and yes, they still in business
