Nedbank's home Insurance Department not caring about people affected by recent storms and floods

I've made a claim on my home insurance with Nedbank after my swimming pool has totally been destroyed due to the storm and flood that we had 2 weeks ago(25 September 2023) They've sent out two assesors that have both told me(on separate occasions)my swimming pool needs to be replaced as it is irreparable. I call them today to follow up on progress only to be told that they won't replace or repair my swimming pool that's in total ruins, i called the one assesor to ask what the deal was and he told me that in his assessment he told Nedbank that the pool needs to be replaced and they(Nedbank) asked him how he could give the go ahead on this matter and they are not gonna pay for anything. I pay R1400 each and every month for insurance only to be told that you not gonna pay for damages that was caused by a STORM and RAIN. I'm not leaving this matter here I'm going to the Ombudsman.
