Nedbanks GREENBACKS ******* SCHEME

I’m writing this on behalf of my wife as she doesn’t do social media, since this time last year we have been trying to get the cash value off my wife’s green backs, the balance stood at just over R4200 through last year, after numerous attempts to withdraw the cash with little success, eventually we got help from one of the ladies at the local branch, on the 17th January we managed to withdraw R1000, we have tried on three occasions since to withdraw the same, but have had no success, we tried again this afternoon with no success, when we arrived home I checked on her money app for the balance, the balance now is zero, *** happened to the balance? Nedbank is fast enough to charge to charge R30.00 per month for this ****. PLEASE ANYBODY READING THIS DO NOT SIGN INTO NEDBANKS GREENBACK ****
