Nedbanks failure to

Hi there. I've had Nedbank insurance since I bought my house arnd 2007.My husband was employed by Nedbank back then. Anyways on Friday afternoon while no one was home, a pipe burst behind my bathroom sink and my bathroom and a few rooms got flooded. Nedback informed us that someone would be sent out to stop the leak. And anything else in terms of draining the flooded rooms etc would only be taken care of on Monday! They also said that we felt we wanted to do anything in the mean time it would be at our own cost. So I'm sitting here today,Monday 10.45am nothing has been done so far. The stench in the house is unbearable and we were forced to stay in the house since Friday as we have nowhere else to go.I also have a baby who I'm afraid is not goin to do so well with the damp and rot...Pls help! I should also inform you that I have a bathroom that Nedbank hasn't sorted out for a year now
