Nedbanks empty promises

I paid my credit card account an R14200 which was never reflected on the account. The past 3 weeks I have been sent from pillar to post getting promises of being called back by consultants up to now nothing has bee been resolved. Im warning everyone I know and will be closing all accounts with them I know to stay away from nedbank and their empty promises.
