Nedbank’s Disregard for Clients!! Opt Out Ignored for early collection and Debit Taken Anyway

Nedbank Personal Loans has shown complete disregard for my instructions. I clearly selected Opt Out of early debit collection, yet the bank still went ahead and deducted funds from my account before the agreed date of the 25th.

This behavior is unacceptable. It reflects a lack of respect for clients and a failure to uphold the most basic level of service. I am only paid on the 25th, and by debiting my account early without consent, Nedbank has placed me under unnecessary financial pressure.

If Nedbank cannot honor a simple Opt Out instruction, how can clients have any confidence in the bank’s ability to manage more complex financial commitments responsibly?
