Nedbank's Customer Service is Appalling

Nedbank's customer service (joke) must be the worst in the South African banking business. I have been promised that I would be phoned back twice - I am still waiting. My accounts have been locked because of their incompetence with the switch over to their new online banking system and there is no way to find someone who can assist.
