NEDBANKS BAD SEVICE

I have app**** for a credit card on 18 December 2019,the next day I was approved, it took nedbank nearly two weeks to create an account for me, I had to call in on numerous occasions to follow up on what was happening with regards to this matter, the call center agents told me that they would make contact with me to keep updated to which never happened, once again I had to call in and eventually spoke to a team leader by the name of Creswill who assured me that my card would be ready for collection this morning at a branch of my choosing, i was also told by inbthe week also by another agent that I could go into the branch and collect, I left work early wasted petrol and my time because my card was not ready for collection, and YET AGAIN this morning on my way to work I was assured my card would be ready this morning, I waited 45mins for the bank to open, to be told again that my card has not arrived, PUTRID SERVICE UTTERLY DISGUSTED, what a ****** inconvenience, because I needed this card to be ready urgently for personal use.
