Nedbanks Avo shop takes your money and doesn't deliver

Nedbanks Avo shop is a ****, don't purchase from them. I placed an order, the money was deducted immediately and it's now a week past their indicated delivery date and it's impossible to get in contact with them. There is no call centre you can call, they direct you to a chat that they don't respond from, I sent an email to their support desk and received a generic response, I contacted Nedbanks customer care on a few different occasions to try and get assistance and got the run around from them, the manager is in a "meeting" when I asked for a manager so if you buy from them there's a strong chance they will take your money and not deliver!
