Nedbank's appalling service

It is hard to believe that an institution like Nedbank would have such shocking customer service. I have been trying for weeks to resolve a simple Greenbacks query and every time i phone I am told by the call centre agent that my query has been escalated only for it to fall into a big black hole. Pity there are no minus stars that one can allocate to the level of service.
