Nedbanks appalling POS services!

I am extremely upset, disappointed and frustrated with Nedbank and their merchant services!

I opened a Small Business account with Nedbank and made use of their merchant and POS services.

I did everything through my relationship banker, from opening the account to acquiring the pocketpos device. I was told I was ready to transact and so I did.

I made transactions worth R38 000 but to this day I have not received a 1c! I made these transactions in December 2023 and till today I haven't received a cent.

I've been trying to enquire relentlessly but all i am told is the issue has been escalated to the relevant department.

I am fearful that I am not going to receive my money without any wrongdoing or valid reason!

I am extremely frustrated and upset!
