Nedbanks appaling service and their careless attitude

I would like to express my disappointment in Nedbank. This bank is the worse service provider, I have ever come across. The call center is pathetic with its agents, Team Mangers and Operations Manger. They closed my account in error and it has been 7 days now still my money is not reflecting in my new account that has been re-opened for me. I have called and spoke to so many agents and Team managers still getting no assistance. Wow what a pathetic service. This is appalling and I have no money but yet my money is stuck. Nedbank has failed me and I am sure has failed so many clients. As soon as I get my money I am closing this account. I have all the names of the agents, even their complaints department has failed me. I now have to borrow money. Sies Nedbank and Shame on you for abusing us innocent clients.
