Nedbanknfalse adverti*****t on monthly rebut

Once again Nedback has failed to meet their monthly obligation of paying me my monthly rebut. It's starting to look like this is done purposefully as every 3 months I don't get paid and need to follow up. I was offered this service while opening an account however, it's now becoming clear that it was false adverti*****t as they made no mention of me having to follow up on the monthly rebut every 3 months.
