Nedbank,never again ever...

So i have had a relashionship with Nedbank for almost if not more then 10 years...2 years ago my husband lost his job,needless to say i found myself in a situation beyond my control,i contacted all my creditors and tried to explain my situation,im now the sole breadwinner ,my mother had just passed away my father got ill i am now responsible not only for my 3 kids,my at the time 16 yr old sister ,my sick father but also the bond my husband can no longer pay due to no income but i also just found out that i was 3 months pregnant,,,so yes i was emotional and as u can probably imagine very stressed out..i managed to get basically all our creditors to assist in reducing my repayments ..all of them understood that i was not unwilling to pay,it was just that i was not able to pay the full amount because i was now trying to recover from my mothers funeral and i was trying to meet all my monthly commitments aswell as the commitments my husband had ..i understood that i could not expect not to pay anything at all just because our situation had changed,but at the same time ,realistically as much as i dint want to face it ,my salary alone just wasnt enough to cover all our creditors....so in October 2018 i went to nedbank to make arrangements for my personal loan(this was a loan they hounded me to take,i was pre approved and i was gettjng calls daily)the loan was about 13 months old when i went to them for arrangements after my husband lost his job...i have always had a good credit rating and i have never,not wvwr missed a payment on any of my obligation before...at the time i went to them for arrangements i still had savings and my loan was up to date aswell,so here i am explaining my situation to the lady at yhe bank...she made me go through my whole sad story and eventually says thy she cannot assist but she gave me a number tk call and make arrangements,i call this number and im told by a lady who sounds half asleep that i need ro send proof of my husband being u/e and that i wilm receive a call from someone to make arrangements...so i wait for this call,it is now close to my salary date and i calm them again,,,they have no record of me asking for an arrangement and again i submit the documentation, november and December go by...i burn through my savings and by january 2019,i am no longwr able to meet my monthly instalment with nedbank...up until this point no one from nedbank contaced me...so january 2019..i have no money in ky avviubt and their debit order remaons unpaid...immediatly after the payment was missed ,surprise, surprise...i finally jear from nedbank...i now explain my situation,i tell them i was waiting since october 2018 for them to call,i tell them that im willing to pay and have been paying but that i am now destitute as my savings are depleted and im about ro go on maternoty leave without pay....the guy i speak to could not care less about anythjng i said and get irritated with me beciase i am nit able to commit to an arrangement,,so because of stress i have complications with my pregnancy i end up going on early maternity leave all while nedbank is hounding and treatening legal action,,i still tell them that i am willing to pay,but that i cannot pay the full amount ,i even ask the person to check my payment history and see what a good payer i was b4 my husband lost his job...but the person mearly laughed and said that is not nessassary as this has got nothing to do with the past....anyway so now it is february 2020...my husband is still not working...im still having the same issues financially and nedbnank is still calling me ,,,the consultants that call are so rude it is unexplainable,,i never jn a million years thought that i would b in this situation,,i was one of those people that couldnt understand why people would fall behind or not pay there accounts,,j was full of judgement of thise people...but i have never ever been treated so badly in my life before....they say their calls are recorded but when u request the recording they are not able to provide the recordings...the arrangements that i make is never on their system and i get call and treats daily from nedbank...i am utterly disgusted and disappointed with nedbank...i cannot wait for my husband to finally find stable work in order for me to start paying off thos account...i will forever make it known to everyone i know on every available platform of how nedbank does bussiness and how they treat there customers,,,nedbank has no care for customer service unless it benefits them,,the promises they make are complete bull****,the pretty pictures they paint in their adverti*****ts are false adverti*****ts and nedbank is the worst bank to ever do bussness with period....
