Nedbank/MFC service is disgusting

Nedbank insurance and MFC insurance is horrible, disgusting,childish, frustrating and annoying it is the worst company to insure your assets.

My car is financed with MFC, they automatically insured my car with their insurance products and deducted money from my account which I am fine with. Now my car is hijacked and I have been trying to claim for 2 weeks without success, I keep calling everyday no body helps me they keep sending me to different people in different units I have spent more than R600 on airtime holding on the phone without any help, I sent an email to them no response was sent to me.
