Nedbank(Khayelitsha) poor service

I was disappointed and dissatisfied by the Nedbank(Khayelitsha) branch. I was at the door at 12:35 and i was told its closed. What surprises me is that according to their trading hours, on Saturday they are supposed to close at 13:00.
