Nedbank,intentionally delays Clients requests and applications,the employees dont do their work

I called nedbank over 2 months ago,notifying them that Id like to renovate the property ,which they funded,because I have a bond with them,and I was requesting a Consent ,to submit to Municipality,I was told they would send it, its almost 3 months now,they still havent sent me the document.

I also app**** for Vehicle Finance in June of 2026,they still havent given me feedback ,if I have been approved or not.It appears Nedbank employees dont do their jobs
