Nedbanking failing to pay social club money

Hellopeter, am a member of social club, we save our money throughout the year, to share end of the year, we. Requested our payment on the 6th December 2018, the bank told us that since we are using different accounts, non nedbank beneficiaries will get their money within 10-14days, the bank payed other members their savings except me, the signatories went to the bank to ask why my savings not payed, the bank manager promised that the money will be in my account before 25th December 2018, am still waiting, please help me to get my money Thank you in advance
