Nedbank Zevenwacht mall

I'm so flapbegasted in the 2 ladies that was on the outside dealing with the customers inline .. I was there standing in the line and the 2 ladies saw me STANFING in the line not saying anything ,then when I got to the front of the line the ladies said she will be with me in a few moments and both ladies whent inside of the bank .. I waited then after awhile they come out not even greeting just asking if I was standing in the line and I said yes .. then she asked me if I come from outside ... The one was still taking to me then the onther one come and said that the line is outside.... NOW MY PROBLEM IS NOT THE LINE ISSUE ,BUT THE SETUP AND MANAGING OFF THE NEDBANK LADIES AND APPROACH IS MY PROBLEM AND IM EXTREMELY .UPSET , I WAS STANDING THERE LIKE A FOOL AND THE 2 LADIES SAID NOTHING ABOUT THE LINE OUTSIDE ......... THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ANY HUMANBEEING !!!!!!!!!!!! THEN SHE STILL ARGUED WITH ME THAT I DID NOT WAIT FOR A HALF AN HOUR I WASTING IN THE LINE FOR SOME TIME MIND YOU AND THEY SAID NOTHING .
