Nedbank Southdale, given multiple written instruction via email with two business relationship managers who do not follow up or follow through! Nedbank is risk averse for the SME and will not provide support, yet their banking fees are high! You call several different extensions and no one bothers to answer! You send emails that are time sensitive and get no response! This lack of basic service is unacceptable! Don’t bother with Nedbank Business Banking! Truly a waste!
