Nedbank Zero rating

Nedbank doesn't even deserve a Half star, i have been requesting for a statement from Nedbank for over a year,sent my email address, postal and physical address that they have already , Eunice from their call center told me they gonna charge me 10 rand per page to send me a statement, balance me here, what is the admin fee for that they charge for every month when i will be charged for asking a statement that should be provided in the first place
