Been with them for 52 years. Come COVID they did zip, zero, nothing to assist. In fact that chopped my measly 15 year old overdraft by 50% without warning and that resulted in important stop orders etc. being bounced. That was also at the height of the riots. Then they started their legal proceedings, with a bunch of useless attorneys. They did not even have the correct info and racked up a bill of close to R50k which we challenged and got paid back for. Again their Xmas gift is wanting to issue more summons at the moment. Been waiting for 2 years for an estate settlement to clear the backlog. Finally 75% came through and I have more than settled with them. Wanna back a useless and couldn't care less bank, go for these clowns.
