Nedbank zero customer service, zero customer care

I reported credit card and current account ***** with Nedbank on 1 March 2023. The investigation office has not yet contacted me and it's now 2 months and counting. I contacted the Nedbank complaints line and a lady phoned me twice indicating that she's talking to the ***** department, and still no feedback from Nedbank ***** Division. Nedbank does not care Yet I receive calls from a Nedbank Collections centre for the credit card money.
