NEDBANK - YOUR STAFF ARE NOT ETHICAL, PROFESSIONAL OR TRUSTWORTHY

<p>Nedbank Personal Loans - shame on you! How can a department of a "trusted bank" be so *************???? You have a lot to answer for - how is it possible, legal, ethical for a department of Nedbank to debit a client's bank account WITHOUT AUTHORISATION? ON COUNTLESS OCCASIONS??? After many attempts to resolve this situation over months and month, I am not prepared to speak with anyone from Nedbank Personal Loans and have requested correspondence in writing. I have emailed countless times to more than one "Team Leader" or "Manager" - and have not received a single response. What I have received is calls trying to negotiate another payment arrangement - which we all know Nedbank Personal Loans department will not adhere to. Not one single email reply. It's a joke! Worse than that though, the actions of your department are preventing an unemployed woman from up-skilling and creating income opportunities for herself!</p>
