I am writing this message to caution people who plan to open an account with nedbank. If you’re looking for the absolute worst service from a bank and want to constantly frustrated, nedbank is your go to place. Don’t expect decent service from them at any level: their customer service line is a customer frustration line.ive been with nedbank for more than 15 years. Ow and i have seen their service levels deteriorate. It’s the reason why they are rated the number 1 worst service bank in South Africa
