Nedbank Young Professional banking a BIG ****

I have had bad service experiences before but nothing like this. This young professional banking is nonsense. You call to enquire for a service from your "banker" and you will wait a whole freaken week just for a simple service.

Look a person with a normal card gets better service than this nonsense. This is the second service i have requested and both cases I am disappointed beyond words. I left ABSA to come to this. Promises and lies. I plan on changing banks cause this is not cool at all. There is no private banker here- I can even go to a bank and get way better service than this.

Utterly disappointed. Needless to say as I am typing this I am awaiting a mere overdraft its day 3 now. Empty promises when I call the banker. And I need the cash for a business deal. Yerrrrrr! NXLA!!!!
