Nedbank... You take my money as serious as a joke...

I app**** for a consolidation increase limit on my credit card to pay off my Absa credit card. The increase limit was apporived and on 20th March an automatic payment was taken by Nedbank to pay my credit card with Absa. To date, the funds have not been received by Absa and are out of my account. I have made numerous calls to *** staying on the line in excess of 1 hour, I have been into the branch and been told because it is a credit card the branch cannot help me. I have called the ***** division.... all with no assistance. I will now be billed for the interest on this money for absolutely no reason because 2 weeks later it has still not reached its destination. This is just another fail in a long line of exceptional fails with Nedbank and after this is sorted I will most certainly be moving my account of 20 years to a bank that actually delivers... Absolutely disgusting service Nedbank!
