Nedbank You SUCK

I have always received my bank statements via e-mail, however Nedbank has discontinued this. My cycle runs from the 14th to the 14th of every month, today is the 16th of February. I need my Feb bank statement however it has not been loaded for me to download on my Money App. I call Nedbank and they advised it has not yet been released (2 days late already), but they can send me a transactional list for R35. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!! Not only is my bank statement 2 days late, but now I have to be charged R35 for Nedbank not releasing my bank statement. This is %#$@ unacceptable.
