Nedbank You Need Competent Staff

Received an sms from Nedbank to contact GLA regarding outstanding debt ref RTPN 20083 on contact number ***, they never answer that number so I phone debt review at Nedbank they cannot help me as the can't check ref numbers and only work on ID numbers?? Funniest thing is I don't bank with Nedbank but would love to know who is using my details to run up debt, no on at Nedbank can help me!!
