Nedbank you failed me

I am beyond frustrated with nedbank!first of all their *********** chat app agents blatantly lie to you by saying they will transger your call to debicheck orders that you reject as a client that still goes through onto your account.the call centte agents is just as incomepetent. Why is nedbank sending a debicgeck that you as the client rejects just to find of oh sorry mam i see it went through but you did reject it.i am sick of nedbank and their weak services
