Nedbank, you dont deserve my loyalty anymore!

I have been with Nedbank for over 30 years? But they have now showed me that my loyalty means nothing to them. I was planning to write about my shocking experience with them but I see they dont seem to read or reply to their clients pleas for service....clearly they only care about making money and not about their clients. Time to move on to another back....
