Nedbank Wrongfully Handling my HL Account

I am frustrated with Nedbank Collections Team(Mrs NP Sibiya) who keep on sending me notifications to say I owe on my home loan yet there is no month where a payment was missed, as it goes through a debit order. I ask her what is happening she is clueless on the matter. Nedbank you are *****ing my credit record for no reason. This is absolutely pathetic.
