Nedbank would not give me the money sent to me through Send imali

My friend sent me money on send imali system on 01/02/2020 and till today I am still struggling to get it. The reason being that it went into the Mobimoney account that I asked them to close and they confirmed that it is closed months before the transaction date. I was asked to reopen that account so that I could get my money. I finally gave up and asked that they open it. The account is open and there is nothing in it. I have been calling them and chatting with them on Facebook and they send me to the branch. At the branch I was asked to call the contact center, which sent me to the branch. All I want is my money.
