Nedbank worst services

Nedbank been informing me since last year about my FICA. I updated it online and also in the branch, now my account is still not active. How can such a big company inconvenience an individual with their own monies. I did it in the app- went to Somerset west branch and now in bellville and I must shout to be heard! Why??
