Nedbank worst service ever Ref ***

I have been struggling with Nedbank call center and even they complaints department to get assisted with a simple loan application, its been a week everyday on the phone with them and I've also been to they Dobsonville branch but all I get is *********** people who don't understand customer service. I have provided them with all the information they need I have been repeating myself, its just been hell.
