Nedbank worst service ever

My debit order was due on the 30/11 and I did not have sufficient funds so there was a part internal debit without authorisation which is fine as its due. Today there is funds in the account and they took the normal debit order and part internal debit, now with this double debit there is no funds in my account and each call centre agent is putting the phone down and not assisting
