Nedbank worst service ever.

Having been sent from pillar to post with Nedbank. I have called them numerous times to update my credit profile which they have promised however has now been 2 month. I've also been requesting for a letter to state that my account with them is current however a simple request seems to be a mammoth task for them. Extremely poor service. No one returns your call. I have been calling daily for almost the last 2 months. They are truly frustrating and have lost all faith in them providing a simple service.
