NEDBANK WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Please do not make use of their personal loans. If you settle your account they refuse to repay your money over paid if you don't supply them with proof of payment but the money reflects in their account.. Nedbank is becoming a joke and the staff do not know what is going on. Worst service ever!!!!!
