Nedbank worst service

Last week I phoned for my outstanding balance which was R35000 on my personal loan , today 06/02/2020 I phoned for my settlement letter which can through to R37000?The amounts does not correspond with the amount on my credit bureau nor does it correspond with my statements. How is this possible??Please forward me the correct settlement letter and statements. Because I get no response from Nedbank.
